Here at The Quilter's Cottage, we have made it our mission to further the art and craft of quilting by providing quality products catering to a wide range of tastes, and to help all quilters along with fun, practical classes, patterns and books. And if you are the type of learner who does best one-on-one, private lessons are available to fit your schedule.
The Quilter's Cottage constantly searches the quilting industry for the newest tools and aids. A major focus is to provide access to patterns that may not be available in other shops. We have a great selection of quilt kits if you need a quick-start, and even quilts that are complete and ready to give as a special gift or to grace your own home. Ask about our custom-made quilts, as well --- we'll help you plan your perfect quilt using your own colors, tastes, themes, then make it just for you!! Or, if you love to quilt, but don't care for piecing - we can make a custom top for you, as well.
And of course, the fabric - OHHH the fabric!!! We feature beautiful florals with accompanying tone-on-tone, wonderful novelties, locally hand-dyed fabrics, a great array of flannels, and always have Christmas in our hearts and on our shelves! Come in and share a cup of coffee and browse - you're sure to find something to add to your stash (now admit it, you know you have one!!).
